1. Service Description and Scope

2. User eligibility

Users are fully liable for audio files and playlist content that they upload, edit, and store on their own, and the platform will not be liable for disputes arising from their personal content.
4. Intellectual Property Statement

All Mixtube interface designs, program code, functional architecture, and brand identity are protected by global Intellectual Property Law and are prohibited from copying, dismantling, recycling, and commercial use without official authorization.

Intellectual property rights to content such as personal local music, self-created song lists, and so on belong to the user. The platform provides only storage and playback tools for the user, and does not claim any copyrights on the user‘s content.
5. Service Changes and Maintenance

The development team reserves the right to optimize, upgrade, add, or streamline product features at any time, continuously iterating on the product to improve the overall user experience for global users.
5.2 Temporary Maintenance Interrupts

Temporary service interruptions due to system upgrades, troubleshooting, and server maintenance fall within the normal operations category, and the platform does not have to take responsibility for the temporary suspension of service.
